I am writing you this letter as a thoroughly satisfied customer to thank you and your staff for a wonderful job with my counter top.

I purchased a marinace granite counter top from your company. With great excitement, I choose a portion from a slab in your yard in March. The counter was installed in early June. Due to miscommunication, a different piece of slab was installed. When I brought this to the attention of Lori Oakes and Todd Wojtowecz, they were immediately attentive and responsive to the problem. A replacement counter top was subsequently installed in a timely fashion.

I want to extend my complements to you and to your staff. Both Lori and Todd were extremely gracious and accommodating throughout this process. Your company operates with great integrity and provides outstanding service. It is obvious why it has remained in business for nearly 100 years.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for your assistance in our recent kitchen remodel. Tommy finished up sealing the back splash this morning and it certainly looks great. Please relay to Bob that Todd was absolutely marvelous. They were very efficient and considerate with a minimum amount of mess on the demolition. I could not have asked for them to be any nicer or more cooperative.

Often you only hear the bad things. I want to express the great things about the installation.

Dear Christy, Tommy, and Hal,

Tom was so pleased with our new kitchen that when he received the evaluation survey, he immediately began filling it out. It would have been difficult for us both to answer at the same time, so I wanted to comment as well. >From start to finish, your company was professional. There were no delays, your crew was courteous, experienced, and detailed. Everyday "flowed" with no gaps in between. You said that it would take four days and it did. This, however, is where I had a problem. I was hoping for a few nights out for dinner, but no. You were just too efficient. I think Tom and I put off planning this project because of the "horror stories" we had heard from others; stories of delays, sometimes lasting several months. Obviously, these people did not know about Southwest Marble and Granite. Ours was a very pleasant experience and we have you to thank for your professional performance. If it is possible, we love our kitchen more everyday.
